Lichfield City Academy ballers work hard with training each week and we look to encourage football skill development, but also other areas of performance. Physicality, technical skill & mental skills are players.
This week the Aacdemy ballers enjoyed another experience of fitness training. Fitness skills & techniques to support their development.
Must of been an enjoyable session as the team won their league game 10-3. Outstanding performance.
