Delighted to offer talented new scholarships to school leavers this week. Some of the players I’ve watched at u16 games and others have had training sessions with the Lichfield academy. Following our process of support for their career options we look-forward to making new friendships, supporting their talent and witnessing them develop new relationships with the existing academy players.

The existing academy players have 3 months of focus with education and football before invites are made to a second or third year at the academy. Where we offer full time football development in competitive midland/National leagues and 2-4 year higher education/University pathways. The players also have a clear pathway to adult football.
