It’s not on the pitch it’s in life with how you treat others, how you build 20 new players in a team each season. How you prepare them to succeed in life. How you create an environment of who is the boss amongst your staff. How every student from any background can achieve in our safe environment. How you can engage sacrifice & discipline with all the modern teenager distractions.
It takes many years of skill and hard work it is
seeking respect not attention as it lasts longer..
Thank you to all the players & staff for their efforts this year. Solid progress of development, resilience on and off the pitch and quality learning has taken place.
The Academy progresses into our 6th established year of offering 16-21 year old students with outstanding education and terrific football opportunities.
Building relationships, caring for the person, sharing experience and knowledge helps make our Lichfield City Academy students understand how to win in life. Feedback suggests we should be proud of the skills they develop over the journey with the academy.
